FLOWERS TO THE RESCUE

For years I used to have a little bottle of "Rescue Remedy��" in a pocket, my brief case, or hand bag at all times, just in case---especially when I was doing cold call advertising sales. I know of countless others who have had their own little bottle of "Rescue Remedy��" around for coping with those occasional upsets.

If you're unfamiliar with "Rescue Remedy��", here's a brief history: About eighty years ago, renowned British physician, Edward Bach, while re-introducing the ancient healing art of flower essences onto the planet, created "Rescue Remedy��". He utilized the vibrational energies or life-force from five plants for this formulation to help people deal with the crisis' and traumas in their lives, assisting them in staying grounded, centered, and the ability to cope.

When I began sourcing the blends for my line of High Octave Formulas, I had no plans to include a crisis/trauma formula as there are already several companies producing the "Rescue Remedy��" combination that are readily available. After several inquiries about my trauma formula (which didn't exist) it occurred to me that perhaps it was time for an upgrade. Bach, in his day, was working with 38 stock essences while today we have thousands of essences and elixirs from which to create exceptionally synergistic and powerful formulas.

The original "Rescue Remedy��" includes, Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose, and Star of Bethlehem. For the High Sierra Crisis/Trauma Formula , I discarded two of the original essences and added five more, two of which are sea essences. Here is a brief description of my formula:

ARNICA - for renewal and keeping in touch with the Higher Self;

CHITON - dispels rigidity, gives protection and ability to cope;

CLEMATIS - promotes a sense of accountability with mindfulness;

HORSETAIL - to keep a sense of continuity and flow within events or experiences;

HYACINTH - helps clear shock and enhance self-assurance;;

IMPATIENS - to improve steadiness during disturbances;

STAGHORN ALGAE - promotes mental clarity and ease during disorder and confusion;

STAR OF BETHLEHEM - helps to deal with shock and adversity to find workable solution.

The feedback on this Crisis/Trauma Flower Essence Formula has been quite positive. In fact, there is one man who used the formula daily for about three months with the intention of re-establishing the emotional and cognitive connection with himself that had been tenuous since suffering a concussion several years earlier. It worked! This is an excellent example of someone using their intuition and inner guidance to determine and adjust dosage, frequency, and other parameters around the use of essences. I always encourage people to work with the formulas on this level for optimum results.

I have more recently designed formulas specifically for Recuperation and Anxiety/Panic Attack . People have often used ��Rescue Remedy �� for these conditions because it was the only vibrational remedy combination available that came close to addressing them. Now, there are better choices.
