It's appropriate to keep in mind that physical illnesses, diseases, and traumas are an outward manifestation or message from our subtle anatomy (meridians, chakras, nadis, subtle bodies) that something is out of balance either emotionally, psychologically, or spiritually (or all of these). Flower Essences facilitate the deeper healing and transformation that our soul and psyches are seeking. This type of energy medicine does not mask symptoms like pharmaceutical drugs often do, and they are not necessarily a "quick fix". There are a few exceptions, like the Crisis/Trauma, Anxiety/Panic Attack, Insomnia and a few other flower essence formulas which are often reported to provide a relatively fast sense of well-being.

Although it is possible to get results from essences even if you don't know you're taking them, they work best with conscious intention, assertion, and psycho-spiritual and emotional process. I offer the following analogy to help in understanding my fresh and grounded approach to utilizing vibrational remedies and essences:

Using the concept of the Medicine Wheel, for each formula there is a central or core issue being addressed and the supporting essences direct energy toward balancing the issue from various points on the wheel. As an example, in addressing something like fatigue I include healing factors around mental overload, physical vitality, spiritual capacity, Earth connection, chakra and subtle body alignment, self-nurturing, natural cycles and rhythms, and so on. A balanced, potent formula can easily have fifteen or more essences in it and the numbers are not a factor as long as there is synergy.

For those who are working with complex issues and want to specifically address their own unique set of vibrational (flower essence) needs, I offer personal consultations. I am especially good at addressing the needs of the older souls who find themselves at a crux point and/or are working toward finding their higher truth and soul purpose, and are committed to their personal process, emotional sobriety, and integration.

It's common for one's personal (flower essence) formula to contain anywhere between 10 and 30 essences (sometimes more). To effect the desired shifts, balancing, and healing, I am finding that most people are needing to take their personal formulas for extended periods with adjustments after several months to a year.
