My daughter hit her head on a metal bike rack and in about 30 seconds she had a huge purple bump. We were at a park, put ice on it, and as soon as we could, put the Achy Breaky Balm on the bump. About an hour later, the bump was nearly gone with little discoloration. Also, the balm smells great!

Achy Breaky Balm – this has been especially useful for nerve and muscle pain.
